Holiday Availability

With sunshine on the horizon and the summer months looming, what a better time to book your mid-week break or family weekend getaway? We have been incredibly busy on the park in recent months, with thousands of happy visitors enjoying a break in nature. As we head towards our peak season, we very much recommend that anyone planning a stay to book well in advance, as pitches do fill up quickly, especially during the brighter weekends and school holidays. We are currently fully booked for the spring bank holiday in late May, with limited availability for the summer bank holiday in August.

School Holidays

Mid-week availability is filling up quickly, but we do still have spaces, so if you’re looking for a few days away with the family during the school holidays, you will need to book soon to avoid disappointment. We do still have availability for most pitch types during half term holidays and weekends on the run up to the summer break, but again, these do fill up quickly as the weather gets warmer and people start planning their getaways. Towards the end of May and into June, we are fully booked on hardstanding and grass pitches for the spring bank holiday, but do still have limited availability on our non-electric touring field.

Book Online

Here at Sherwood Forest Holiday Park you can now book your stay with us online, using our popular booking facility. This allows you to see dates which are now unavailable, and the pitch types which are partially reserved and approaching capacity. Simply select your dates, tell us your party size, select your options, provide your details and we will contact you to confirm the booking and collect a deposit. All of our pitch prices are based on a maximum occupancy of two adults and two children per pitch. Weekday arrivals are from noon and must depart by 11am the following day, whilst weekend stays can check in from noon on Friday and depart by Sunday evening.
